Wine Tour in Napa

"Wow! What a Tour! I had the pleasure of having Jill Leone guide us on our tour of Napa this past weekend. First of all, her attention to detail and knowledge of the area was outstanding. She e-mailed and called me within 24 hours of any communication during the planning process. She made several recommendations, but also allowed me to plan the day on my own. On the day of our tour, she was early to arrive and had waters and sodas ready for the drive. She kept us updated on arrival times, and shared many anecdotal stories regarding the areas we were in. Once we arrived at our first stop, Chappellet, she dropped us off at the front and showed us where she would be parked. Now here is the point where her real expertise was shown. Our tour was scheduled to be for an hour, and we had an appointment following us at Outpost Winery, about 35 minutes away. Our tour at Chappellet went WAY over time, and there were no clocks or cell service. not only did she try to text us to keep us on time, but she even came in to the winery to let us know that our next appointment was fast approaching. Without her, we would have missed out on our next appointment! Although we were quite late leaving the next appointment, she knew backroads that helped us arrive reasonably on time. She even called ahead for us to let them know we were on our way. Overall, the whole day was an amazing experience. "Superb Service! We worked with Jill to plan a special wine tour for a girls get-a-way in Napa. She exceeded our expectations from start to finish. Jill arrived a few minutes early with a nice vehicle stocked with drinks and a cooler, and was more than willing to accommodate our personal needs on the ride. She was consultative on the type of experience we wanted, incorporated our ideas and introduced us to wineries we hadn't heard of before. She really impressed us with a beautiful picnic set up fit with local deli selections, olive oil/vinegar and even chocolate. "Outstanding wine tour - My husband and another couple went with Jill on an all day visit to wine country. We had decided on the wineries in advance since we have been to wine country several times before. Jill was fabulous and while driving to the wineries shared her knowledge of the area (which is considerable). We appreciated her flexibility as Jill was happy to extend our time when we decided to enjoy dinner and then go back to the B & B. It is clear Jill wants people to have a wonderful time.
