Sonoma Wine Tour

"My wife and I have been to Sonoma several times over the past 15 years. During each trip, we explore the area ourselves but also make sure to spend at least one day on a guided tour. While planning our most recent trip, Jill was recommended to us by a tour operator we used before, but who was unavailable. Right from the start, Jill was great. She was responsive, personable and professional. We had already been to a number of wineries during our previous visits, so I asked Jill to put together an itinerary that would give us something interesting - not just the standard tour of the big-name wineries or popular spots. I told her we wanted to focus on smaller, family-owned vineyards, unique experiences, good people or interesting stories. She hit it out of the park! She brought us to four fantastic places, each with something special to offer: private tastings, beautiful views, great people, interesting stories, and of course, fantastic wine! She had everything planned out, from extra water to a number of lunch options. I would highly recommend Jill, and I will not hesitate to use her again!

"Jill Did Not Disappoint ! I have done wine tasting several times in Sonoma and Napa but never with a guide. I didn't realize how much a guided tour could really enhance your total experience. Jill is friendly, fun, knowledgeable and she set up an amazing day for me and my sisters (who had never been to wine country). She hand selected several wineries where we were treated, not only fantastic wines, but an entire educational experience where we walked through vineyards and saw/learned first-hand from the owner(s) all about the process. "Jill was a lifesaver. We arrived in Petaluma having made no reservations or plans of any kind. We soon realized that this was not a good approach! Luckily a friend had referred us to her and for two days she took us through Napa and Sonoma and was a wealth of information. She figured out, through conversation, the kinds of wines we were partial to and then took us to a number of not-very-well known (to us they were completely unknown) wineries where we had some of the best wines we've ever tasted. She also set up a wonderful picnic on the second day for us. We will absolutely use her service again and highly recommend her to anyone looking to tour the areas! Make sure you book ahead. And listen to her recommendations. She really knows her stuff!
