"Jill was the BEST!!! I booked the tour for our book club about 6 weeks prior to the date that our club picked out and Jill was on top of the details quickly and efficiently. She was very prompt to respond to all my questions and guided me through the many options that would be appropriate for us, including finding a winery that we could bring our lunch to (many don't let you bring in outside food), as well as calling the wineries that we picked out to let them know to expect us. Jill was so helpful in giving me many options and good wineries to consider; I chose four ahead of time, with Jill promising to be flexible along the way if we wanted to change anything, which we did and she was so terrific and sweet about everything.
